Who is eligible for services at your Clinic

Woven Heatlh is a community clinic in Farmers Branch providing low cost healthcare for adults. who live in Carrollton, Farmers Branch, Addison, Coppell, Dallas or surrounding areas, or patients referred by our partner hospitals.

Due to grant and funding requirements, residents of Carrollton, Farmers Branch, Addison, Coppell and patients referred by our partner hospitals are given the highest priority for new patient appointments. When possible, we accept patients from other areas.

Do you take insurance?

No. At this time, Woven Health does not accept insurance.

Do you offer wound care?

No.

Do you treat Sexually Transmitted Diseases?

Our Women’s Health Program screens and treats sexually transmitted diseases. For male patients, we recommend the Department of Health in the County the patient lives.

Do you do School or Work physicals?

No. At this time, we do not offer school or work physicals.

What ages to you treat?

Woven Health offers treatment for individuals between the ages of 18 – 64 years old.

How do you treat pain?

We treat pain by recommending over-the-counter ibuprofen.  Our physician can investigate the cause of the pain or diagnose medical conditions.  Our Clinic does not prescribe narcotic or opioid pain medications.

Can I get in the same day I call?

Yes, returning/existing patients can usually get a Same Day Appointment if they call early in the morning.  These appointments are available on a first call basis.

How much does it cost?

Please do not hesitate to contact us through our “Contact Page” with any questions.

How do I get my prescriptions refilled?

We refill prescriptions for existing/returning patients who are current with their doctor visits and lab work.  For existing/returning patients who are not current, we will book an appointment within the next week and extend the prescription until the date of the appointment.  We do not refill prescriptions without up-to-date doctor visits and lab work or a scheduled appointment within the next 7 days.
